Akron drivers who prefer the base powertrain will get a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine with 252 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. The engine is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission, and rear-wheel-drive is standard. You can opt for the 3.3-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine if you need more power. The standard V6 engine achieves 365 horsepower and 376 pound-feet of torque.
The base powertrain offers 2,600 pounds of payload when properly equipped. The standard gas-pressurized shock absorbers are durable and help reduce vibration levels, making long drives outside of Eaton more comfortable.
You can confidently drive the new Genesis G70 on uneven terrain since it has standard front and rear anti-roll bars that make it more stable when cornering, providing better control on slippery roads.
